1) Insha Allah, I will join the demo-cum-offical launching of our boycott on Israel-Us goods tomorrow.  2) What I did not inform you earlier was that at the Press Conference, I expressed my abhorence with the Muslim-Arab govts, in particular Eypt, for being part of the seige against the Palestinians. My exact words "They are slavish and pathetic" and I switched from BM to English to explain this point. I said the Israel govt is not so stupid and so dumb as to comply with UN resolutions that do not work in their favour and interests whereas the Arab govts are so stupid and dumb to do just - that is why I said they are so slavish and pathetic. The boundaries of Egypt and Gaza are not guarded by the Isreal or US troops but Eygptians - Muslims. (Actually, to me Mubarak is personally responsible for the massacre and I account him to be personally responsible for each and every death that takes place there. He should have opened the boundaries and invite all Palestinian civilians in and let Israel and Hamas fight among themselves). 3) Tomorrow and forth coming demos - I am working with our NGOs to put up posters re Egypt eg. EGYPT - OPEN YOUR BOUNDARIES TO OUR PALESTINIAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS 4) Even Chavez of Venezuala has ousted the Israel ambassador, but not the Arab nations. When an Israel representative was asked how israel feel about the Venezuala's actions, he balatantly replied that "We don't really care because even the Arab countries, like Jordan and Saudi understands us". How do you take that?! 5) Developments - you know by now that Lebanon is now gradually dragged into the war by non-govt sectors and if a war front starts there, I think Muslims of Egypt will join from their side. Mubarak may end like Sadat. Israel will be surrounded. Syria is always versus israel. 6) Non-Zoinist Jews, who are popularly known as the Jews-of-Conscience are speaking up against Israel's attacks and calling people of the world, particularly Muslims to do so. It was such a pleasant surprise to see these two on Al-Jazeerah: (a) Jonathan Shapira. if you recall, sometime in the 90s, Adam Shapira came here at ABIM's initiative. I managed to to talk with him then. He was one of those Jews who protected the children of Palestine to walk to school by forming a human barricade with his friends, Jews from US. In the event, one of them, Hellen Corrie was bulldozed flat by an Israel tank when she tripped and lost her husband's grip. Jonathan, an ex-army pilot spoke strongly aagainst the war even challenging Obama in hard words - "We do not want a slave in the White House", and so Obama broke his silence. Jonathan is in Israel. (b) Rabbi Dr Micheal Learner - this is even more inspiring. Rabbi Learner was a panelist with me and Karen Armstrong at the Parliament of World religion, June 2005, Barcelona. That's when I really got unto the international arena, my debut, so to speak. The stadium seats 3,000 people and there were those even standing. After that I was surrounded by excited "fans", so to speak. Alhamdulillah, Islam was well received then. He too is working to get people of conscience to denounce and stop Israel's attacks. His group is in US, Tikkun, and they are airing true news from Gaza because the US public are deluded by the Zionist controlled mainstream media there. (7) I am sure other Jewish peace activists, the closest to me, Rabbi Prof Sordendorf and Prof Alone Sholom must be going crazy too working against the Zionists, also the One-Voice group altho some must have been conscripted and forced into the army. Another special person is the Jewish Prof who declared to the world that Israel had nuclear weapons and for that he was put under house arrest and later not allowed to leave Israel. They were afraid to do worse to him becaue of his outstanding position. Can't remember his name now, but we were on e-mails with each other until my hotmail account was hacked. All contact now lost. As I told Prof Soderndorf, "We come to this world only once and only for a very brief period, and we have to do this to each other". To this he nodded very, very sadly. Insha Allah, the ways of Allah is mysterious. Allah had destroyed greater forces, such as Pharaoh, to help Prophet Musa a.s and his people, and destroyed Abraha's elephant troops via small birds with stone, not to mention Badr of Rasullah's time.
